With exception to your initial transaction, your online airtime PIN order will instantly appear on your computer screen along with the instructions how to activate the PIN to your mobile account. In addition, your PIN is sent to your email address.
On your initial order at PrepaidWireless, your airtime Pin number is generated and sent to your email address after verification of your purchase by our Customer Service Department.

Verified by Visa or Secured MasterCard provide you with added protection when

through a 4-digit PIN you create with either Verified by Visa or Secured MasterCard.

at PrepaidWireless during the check out process, then the online delivery of
your PIN number will be expedited much quicker after your initial purchase.
We require all first time orders to be verified by our Customer Service Department.
Confirming your initial order with PrepaidWireless is our way of ensuring consumer
protection against credit card fraud. Our highly-trained customer service representatives
inspect and verify all new orders to guarantee your online security. All subsequent
online orders are immediately processed at the time of purchase. Your airtime
PIN number will appear on your computer screen immediately and also be sent
to your email address.
It's easy! Simply access the PrepaidWireless website and choose your
current service provider, select the product or plan you want to purchase and
add it to your shopping cart. You must then follow the airtime PIN activation
instructions., to credit your purchase to your mobile account. We recommend
that you immediately activate your airtime PIN to your account.
Activating a Prepaid Mobile Handset
We recommend that you directly contact your service provider when initially
above in the service provider section above. Each service provider has their
own process to activate a mobile phone on their network.
You can only activate a mobile phone that is compatible with your service providers' network type. There are four different networks types in wireless today: GSM, CDMA, TDMA and I-DEN.
We recommend that you contact your service provider direct to inquire whether the handset you have in your possession can be activated on their service provider network.
We highly recommend that you first call your Service Provider Customer Service
department regarding, mobile handset activation, PIN airtime activation and
any other issues pertaining to your prepaid mobile service. If your question
or problem remains unresolved, please then call our Customer Service at 800-569-8795.
Airtime Wireless Products
Pay-As-You-Go is the most widely used prepaid wireless plan. This plan typically
provides a bucket of anytime minutes that typically range in pricing from $.04
- $.50 per minute depending on the service provider and amount of prepaid airtime
purchased. Expiration periods also vary from 30-365 days depending on the denomination
and some service providers offer roll over minutes, if the subscriber purchases
additional airtime minutes before the expiration date of previously purchased
minutes. Airtime denominations that are available at PrepaidWireless range from
$10 - $100 depending on the service provider. There is no monthly commitment
or minimum purchase required.
Monthly Bundled Rate Plans are similar to a traditional post paid (contract)
wireless plan that provides a set number of anytime minutes and unlimited night
and weekend minutes. These prepaid plans expire in 30 days from purchase, with
no rollover of minutes. Several service providers offer a 15-day plan as well.
These monthly rate plans start at $29.95. If a subscriber needs to purchase
additional anytime minutes, those minutes can be purchased via a $10 or $20
Cash Card. Cash Card minutes are $.20 or $.40 per minute and typically do not
expire.
You can review the individual service provider program details and rate plans
on each service provider available at PrepaidWireless. We also have a Service
Provider Airtime Comparison Chart which you can access from our website, in
order to find the plan that best fits your mobile calling needs and monthly
budget. This information includes rate plans and available denominations, features,
available service area and type of network on each service provider.
Most prepaid airtime minutes expire between 30-90 depending on the amount
of minutes purchased and the type of plan, but there are several service providers
that have prepaid plans that expire in as little as 15 days and as long as 365
days. All Monthly Bundled Rate Plans expire in 30 days, with no rollover of
unused anytime minutes. You can refer to the PrepaidWireless website and access
the link to your provider's home page which will explain the details and
terms of your prepaid plan.
Most service providers will inform you that you have anywhere from 3 to 5
minutes remaining while on a call. In addition, they may also tell you your
remaining balance when placing a call.
Your PIN number is always sent to your email address after purchase. All PIN
sales are final and for security reasons, lost or stolen PINs can not be replaced.
This is why we highly recommend that you activate your PIN immediately at the
time of purchase.
All prepaid wireless service providers plans include long distance, but if
you roam outside their network you can incur additional roaming charges. We
suggest that you contact your service provider directly regarding roaming charges.
The cost for 411 Directory Assistance varies for each service provider. You
can contact your service provider's customer service number to inquire
about the cost for a 411 Directory assistance call, or Prepaid Wireless recommends
that you call 1-800-Free-411 for all of your 411 Directory Assistance needs.
We also recommend that you speed dial this number into your mobile phone. You
will still be charged for any airtime minutes used to call 411 Directory Assistance,
if applicable. 1-800-Free-411 can also be used from a landline phone as well.
All PIN sales are final, no return no exchange policy. If you are having problems
activating your PIN please contact your service provider directly. If your problem
with activating is not resolved after speaking with your service provider, please
call PrepaidWireless Customer Service at 800-569-8795.

PlayPhone has one of the largest selections of Ringtones, Music Tones, Mobile
Games and Wall Paper available today.
PlayPhone products can be downloaded to any subscriber that has Cingular,
T-Mobile and Sprint Wireless or any reseller MVNO (mobile virtual network operator)
using these carrier's wireless networks that has authorized PlayPhone
downloads. Please look below for a complete list of service providers that

Each phone stores content differently. Most phones will store the game in
your games, ringtones and wallpapers folders Sometimes the content is in the
Applications or user downloads folder. You can get to these folders through
the Main menu on your phone. You can also check your user guide.

of available products and a list of compatible phones.
The easiest way is to turn your wireless phone off, remove its battery cover,
and read the label (it may be under the battery). Your wireless phone model
number should be listed on that label.

Calling Cards
We currently offer three (3) different calling cards; Total USA, Total World and Total Mexico.
Our rate plans are some of the most competitive rates available in the market today.
You can purchase these products in denominations of $10 and $20.
There is a $.49 activation fee and no connection fee.
Yes, the rate is the same no matter which time of the day you make your call.
We do not charge a connection fee on any calls. Our only charges are an activation fee for $.49 and a monthly maintenance fee of $.49 which is charged 30 days after your first call.
No, currently these products are not rechargeable.
All of our rates on each card are contained with in our website, which you can view by simply clicking "calling cards" enter your international calling destination and then click "search rates".
Each time you make a call, the system will tell you how many minutes you have available calling to that destination.
Yes, you are charged $.75 for all calls placed from a pay phone in addition to your rate per minute.

Prepaid Rewards
Wireless Rewards is a point-based customer loyalty program that allows our
customers to earn reward points on each and every purchase made at www.prepaidwireless.com.
Points are earned based on a percentage discount to the retail price of each
product and service. Each reward point is equivalent to $.01. Wireless Reward
Points are non-transferable and can only be redeemed in their entirety. Prepaid
Rewards can only be redeemed at www.prepaidwireless.com.
When you become a PrepaidWireless online member you are automatically enrolled
in the Prepaid Rewards program. All reward points earned are automatically placed
into your account after each purchase.
Rewards points can be used to purchase prepaid wireless airtime, mobile phones, calling
cards, ringtones and games.
You can access the Wireless Rewards Product Index on our home page in the Wireless Rewards section or by simply clicking here www.prepaidwireless.com/rewards.
You can elect to use the Rewards Points in your account during the checkout process by selecting "Apply Points to Order"
once you have purchased $25 in products and services from PrepaidWireless.
Upon opting in to use your points, all the points in your Prepaid Rewards account will automatically be credited against your
purchase. If the number of available points exceeds your purchase price, the remaining points will be credited back to your
Prepaid Rewards account. No partial credits of reward points are allowed.
PrepaidWireless points expire one year from the date of your last purchase.
Managing your PrepaidWireless account
Yes. Access "My Account" on the main PrepaidWireless web page, enter your login information and select My Orders.
You can review all past purchases as well as obtain other information about your personal account.
Yes. Your purchase selections will remain in your shopping cart for 30 days, or until you purchase or delete your selections.
Access My Account from the home page, enter your login information and then select My Profile.
Make the appropriate changes to your information and then click on Update Profile at the bottom of the information area.
