Any unused airtime from $20, $50, and $100 Auto Replenishment cards will expire 60 days from the date the card is loaded. Any unused airtime from a $10 pin will expire in 20 days. Any promotional or free airtime will be deducted first. If an account has no promotional or free airtime, the oldest airtime will be deducted first. Due to a limited availability of phone numbers, prepaid numbers will be reclaimed if an account has a zero-balance for 90 days. If this happens, you can re-activate with a new prepaid card.
